No longer responding to calls, texts, and email. I signed an order with him for a pool, patio, and driveway project in Feb 2025 which states the estimated completion date to be April 30, 2025. Things happen, I get that, but haven't seen permits yet, and now he's ghosting me. Lee Soffer is the guy's name. We stayed at one of their properties last year for a couple of months due to home repairs. They were more than accommodating and the property managers next door were very sweet and helpful.

WOW! Get ready to have your mind B.L.O.W.N! This house was like a retreat that completely changed our world! The pool says it is unheated but the temperature was PERFECT in this Texas heat! And having the TV in the backyard was so much fun! It was just the two of us so we slept in the master suite, of course.
