The office is dirty. The man we spoke to and did business with was rude. First off he couldn't read the license. When asked if we could look at the car just incase their was damage, and he was awfully rude. Snapping at me stating "well I've been towing for over 13 years and I have never had a problem I know what I'm doing." Having a newer lower style car I was worried. And he was so ver rude and disrespectful.
Way way over price. He charged us $270 and we called 2 other local services and they charge under $100. Not cool.
my car has been towed by these guys in less than 24 hours its 275. Over $300 to be towed three stupid miles, what a joke. Chickens in the yard standing vehicles, dirty unprofessional employees, ridiculous! How do these places stay in business.
