5 Stars for driver BRUCE PARKER right from the gate. I went there to drop off a Greenworks mower (with 4 batteries, 2 chargers) that was still under warranty. Office was closed. Bruce had just got done work and was getting ready to leave. Yet, he took the time to listen to me whine and then received my equipment. He even copied the paperwork I brought and signed it as a receipt. I'll edit this later to review the actual repair service.

They had my mower ready in 48 hrs and it was under warranty so it cost me zero. Friendly staff, great communication.

Wow, I’m speechless. Definitely stay away from Altaquip in Pennsauken. Drove an hour for repair work under warranty for a one-year old Ego lawnmower that starts intermittently and vibrates loudly. Woman at the front desk is rude, arrogant, and refused to take my equipment claiming the lawnmower is broken “because there is grass on it…duh, clean it.” I demanded that the tech look at the equipment and he states that the mower simply needs to have the blades changed (as the front desk woman mutters, “This is so stupid.”) Left A... read more

This place is terrible. I worked there for 4 days and I still have not received my paycheck that was to be Direct deposited into my Checking Account
