I contacted Altaquip to confirm that they service Ryobi 40V mowers under warranty, and they assured me they do. However, when I brought mine in, I was immediately met with excuses as to why they couldn’t actually repair it under warranty. First, they incorrectly claimed that Ryobi mowers only have a 3-year warranty, when in fact the mower has a 5-year warranty—only batteries and chargers fall under the 3-year policy. Donnalliece and the team over at Altaquip have been nothing short of amazing. I had such an awful customer experience with Ryobi and they were the calm to this terrible storm. Donnaalliece would check in with me daily to let me know everything that was going on and would go above and beyond in trying to make sure that I was well informed up until my mower was complete. Feel like we became good friends throughout the process! Cant recommend this place enough!
Really poor experience with Altaquip. We had an Ego warranty repair that needed to be done and this was the assigned service center. The lady who did the intake was incredibly rude to me. When she told me they only allow 3 days to pick up the repaired product before they start charging a $35/day fee (which will feel especially laughable when you see the size of the warehouse they operate in) and I said we would do our best to get it within 3 days (they are only open 8am-3pm on weekdays, so it’s obviously hard to accomplish w... read more
