I dropped off my generator about 6 months ago in St Louis. They never call to give an update, they never answer their phone, and they haven't fixed anything. I've called countless times. It's still there. Terrible service.

Dropped mower off and returned three times without repair. Always given to me in same state — not working.
Very profession ,and fair . Steve is at the top of the list for customer service.
