I showed up at 11:35 to drop off a mower for repair. They would not come to the door until 12:30 explaining to call a phone number. When I called and explained I was right there at the door to drop it off, they refused to answer the door. They told me to come back at 12:30. This is the worst customer service attitude I can remember receiving. If they don't give a darn about the customer, they aren't going to give a darn about the customer's mower either.
