They came out the day I called them. I had to wait about an hour and that was fine. My intention that day was to replace 3 locks. I went to Lowe's and purchased 3 new locks. I made the mistake of not changing 1 lock at a time, so 10 minutes later I'm looking at both new and old locks all across my table.
