Kaleb Hatmaker came by this morning to teach us how to use our newly installed Generac generator. He was here at the agreed time, and spent two hours making sure everything was installed properly and then taught us how to run the generator. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and, something much needed for things like this… Patient! Aaron, the service rep that was sent out was very knowledgeable about generators. Compared to other companies, his overview of the service work needed far exceeded other companies explanations.
Kaleb Hatmaker told me all about how to use my Generac generator. He answered all my questions, was patient, and friendly. If I have any problems with the generator I can consult him.
ELECTRICAL GENERATOR SERVICE Kaleb Hatmaker was very informative and patient (even after i accidentally gave him the wrong WiFi password 3 times) I feel comfortable enough to start up, shut down and trouble shoot if needed.
