I went with my work group to do the glass fusing - Beth spent a good amount of time teaching us the techniques needed and then we were able to be creative and go for it! I have to admit, even thought we have been there a few times before and have done canvas and pottery—this one seemed a lot more involved and I was a bit panicked to start it —BUT, once I realized that I could start, and evaluate and then do over..and over if I needed to, I had FUN! We had a blast painting with my 7 & 11 year old yesterday. Devon was so helpful & sweet. We could have spent the whole day there & if we werent snowed in today we would be back with the whole family today.
If you want to have a fun night, go here! The expert instruction is there, but really the fun is where it's at. I've been a few times, and everyone is more than willing to help. Take some snacks and have a wine or two.
