We have now had two different projects that we needed ready now restoration for and David and Josh G have taken great care of us on both. Always super responsive and able to get out to fix our issue the same day or next day.

I really appreciated how quickly RNR was able to come out on a Saturday. Josh Giles, my primary contact, was a good communicator and very helpful and respectful. He also waited to hear from me before returning to my property. I needed to talk with my insurance company before going forward with work, and I encourage anyone with water problems to talk with insurance before allowing work to be done. Quick mitigation steps to prevent mold. Great office staff. Poor communication by field staff and numerous issues with repair that led to early cancellation of services. Highly recommend for quick response to mitigation, do not recommend for repair. Edit following owner response: When I brought up my concerns and stopped work I was told one of the owners got involved and were "pissed (at the issues) and taking it personally."
