We had a water leak issue in our crawl space due to a faulty hose bib. Josh L. and Fez came over first thing, were down in the crawl space immediately to investigate, and gave me a straightforward explanation of what they thought was needed (highlighting stuff commonly recommended that they thought would be unnecessary here and why, which was very appreciated). This group is the most amazing ice EVER dealt with! From the beginning, a few days prior to Thanksgiving, they show up…the very same day called! To Thanksgiving Day off, and for several weeks they were here working, calling checking in, checking even just to see how we were doing/dealing with all this mess! On December 27th, we discovered a leak. RNR responded within 3 days of calling - came in and treated the mold. Then said they couldn’t finish the job til insurance paid them for what they had done so far. Our Insurance Company was ready to pay them, but it took three phone calls over two weeks for them to send the invoice. They were quick to come get their check but did not come back to finish the work. Several calls were made to them but to no avail. One call they said they would be coming back.
