We had a water leak issue in our crawl space due to a faulty hose bib. Josh L. and Fez came over first thing, were down in the crawl space immediately to investigate, and gave me a straightforward explanation of what they thought was needed (highlighting stuff commonly recommended that they thought would be unnecessary here and why, which was very appreciated). This group is the most amazing ice EVER dealt with! From the beginning, a few days prior to Thanksgiving, they show up…the very same day called! To Thanksgiving Day off, and for several weeks they were here working, calling checking in, checking even just to see how we were doing/dealing with all this mess! They responded to texts as well, at any time! They got permission before every move! So very polite, friendly, best personalities I could ever ask for! I NEEDED THIS! They are truly people persons!
