I have been a customer of this company for over 15 years and have ordered tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of concrete and recycled aggregates. There was one communication error or misunderstanding that happened with a $1,800 load of concrete while my wife was in surgery and they were not able to contact me.
