Your company takes no responsibility whatsoever—just a blanket policy that says a vehicle can arrive with cracks, dings, or other visible damage, and somehow that’s acceptable? This kind of policy doesn’t just avoid accountability—it encourages careless handling because there are no consequences. You’re shifting 100% of the risk onto the customer, which is not only terrible business—it’s completely unethical. Terrible experience was told one delivery date decided to cancel and all of a sudden the driver picking up vehicle. I am still waiting on the delivery 07/17/25 I will never use again and Manheim need to consider not using this company as a carrier!!!
lie lie lie lie lie i requested shipping they told me 3-7 days that's what this company do kept my car for over a week after a week i called and asked why my car was not delivered he told me your car scheduled to be picked up on the 17th witches 3 week out not profesionales not honest please don't deal with them
