The pricing was competitive and the installation took around 4 hours and care was taken to make sure the unit fitted well into our existing ductwork. This was far more reassuring than the other service I used last year which was less detailed.
The install of the thermostat took approximately an hour, which seemed about right for what needed to be done. The guy took the time to discuss the compatibility difficulties with my older system that the previous contractor did not address.
I was initially worried about their availability, but they were able to squeeze us in for a visit in 2 days and quickly repaired a refrigerant leak in less than an hour. I wish I had a little more explanation about the potential long-term impact of the leak.
