We were contacted by someone named "Jackelyn" who claimed to be a Kemper insurance adjuster. She said our car needed to be towed to Romest Auto and promised a rental the next day. That was the last time we heard from her—no rental, no communication, total ghosting. When we called Kemper, they had no record of Jackelyn. My husband went to the address the car was towed to, which turned out to be the address listed on google for Ready Garage. This place straight up stole my car. They pretend to be insurance and illegally obtain your vehicle and hold it hostage for insurance money.
THEY ARE A SCAM!! They acted like they were an insurance they are not they work with an app that lets them know about car accidents and that how they get you, on top of it they do a HORRIBLE job just to milk the insurance left my car worse! WORST customer service and very RUDE! PLS DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GO ELSEWHERE! They don't even deserve a 1 star. The guy I spoke to is lucky i didn't slap him across the face for being a scammer and rude!
Horrible Customer Service. DO NOT GO THERE. They are a scam. They pretended to be my insurance to be able to collect the insurance claim. My adjuster tried to go and at least see my car and they would NOT let her.
I've had work done to my Subaru Outback, the work never let me down!! I've got a different vehicle now and the jobs always done correctly and I've never had any kind of problem! Being an "old-school " mechanic I am 110% satisfied with the work!!
