This gym is great! Always clean, I can always find a rack or a bench and I work out at "peak hours" around 5pm. Culture is awesome, every person I've ever interacted with has been super friendly. I feel comfortable to ask almost anyone for a spot just to give an idea on how welcoming the environment is. The parking lot is a little weird, just wide open with a few discernible lines, but there's plenty of space and I've never had an issue with finding a spot. This is the best gym in St. Louis. It has all of the equipment you need and it’s always so clean. The staff is really friendly. Kramer was both welcoming and accommodating when I decided to join. I cannot recommend this gym enough!
Whether you’re looking for a day pass or membership, RFT is the BEST gym in STL! The owner and coach himself, Kramer, is quite the leader with such friendly and welcoming staff. No matter your training style, there is something for everyone. From personal training and group classes to recovery. A well kept gym, that leaves you feeling motivated and ready to crush a workout as soon as you step in the door!

Kramer gets on your nerves but He is an amazing personal trainer. Great vibe. Awesome music. Good people. Great trainers and coaches. I 1000% recommend him and this gym.
