Frank was recommended to me by Sauna Central for the install of my 8kw electric sauna heater. Working in the electrical industry I had an idea of the time and material required for the work. The quote for the work was very reasonable and they did a great job on site also making sure everything was done the way i wanted it to be done. The electrician visited our home back in October, and if I had to describe the experience, it was “all talk, no action.” He spent nearly an hour talking about projects he had done in the past, but when it came to actually diagnosing and solving our issue, very little was accomplished. He left the GFCI outlet loosely installed without putting the cover back on, and after cutting a cable plug, he never reconnected it. Excellent, reliable service. I have called Frank a few times for electrical help and he has on a couple of occasions helped me to solve the problem over the phone. When he did have to come to my home he did excellent work.
