I had Ready 5 do a leak dry out service for me. The tech was Jonathan and he was very professional. He came in did his job and cleaned up after he removed the wet flooring. Was so nice to get someone who understood what water damage does to upset your life. So, thank you Jonathan for your kindness and understanding in handling my leak problems. Ready 5 Largo. They came out right away to inspect my water damage. Johnathan was very knowledgeable, marked the areas / walls that were wet, explained what to do, and did not try to sell me on what wasn't needed as I had already purchased the tools needed for the mitigation.

Our insurance company dispatched Ready5 to our home after we had a pipe break and water had come into our kitchen and living room under the flooring and into the walls. Jonathan came out the same day and assessed our situation. He let us know exactly what needed attention, left a dehumidifier in our home and explained what the process would be. We had an unexpected leak from my children’s bathtub that ran into my 6-year-old daughter’s bedroom. Unfortunately, the area where the leak occurred was hidden under her bed and area rug, so we didn’t notice it right away. By the time her entire rug was soaked, mold had already grown on the floors, walls, trim, and even the rug itself.
