Jonathan from the Largo office came out on a Saturday evening after a water pipe burst and flooded my living space. He was very hard working and great with explaining the process to get things dried out. He was very responsive to my texts and calls during the 10 day process. He was very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful.
Ready 5 was dispatched by my insurance company to help with some water damage my condo incurred. Jonathan was responsive, kind and professional. He was easy to communicate with and super helpful!
Johnathan was top notch. The communication was great, customer service was great and the work competed was great. Johnathan needs to be praised for how great he is for taking care of a bad situation as painless as possible
Due to a water leak behind the walls, my insurance company contracted Ready 5 to do the remediation work. It was a terrible experience due to multiple issues. First, Andres, the Ready 5 representative, set up fans and dehumidifiers and left, claiming he didn't have time to come back for a few days. I had to get my insurance agent to call his supervisor to get him to do the required daily moisture readings. Jonathan was my tech. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He did a very thorough job and was very neat. He did a great job with not inconveniencing my 94 y/o mom and myself. I would highly recommend Ready 5 and Jonathan.
