I would give a 10 star rating!! I cannot say enough about Joe ,Kim, and Josh. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and its employees. From the moment that the water damage was discovered, they were at the location immediately With dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the water damage. and Kim and Josh were amazing with their empathy and the detail of the hard work they put into my home. Joe kept me informed day to day with every piece of Information. High praise for a job well done!!
We were fortunate to call Ready5 Restoration when Hurricane Milton left us with water in our condo. They were recommended to us by a neighbor. Josh arrived, set up an enormous dehumidifier and dried everything out. I talked with the manager, Joseph, who was extremely helpful and knowledable. We are thankful they came, did what was necessary and left us in a much better situation. We would certainly recommend them and are grateful for all their help.
