This is, by far, the best gym in Yeppoon. The space isn't huge but is very well organized, and there is much more equipment that you would think. There is an impressive number of squat machines, hack squat, leg press, together with squat racks and smith machine, a professional bench press for the big guys who want to tray their PR in safety, plenty of dumbells, fixed barbells, kettlebells and other weights. Friendly staff who will do anything to help you. Lots of good equipment including some new powerlifting gear.
