NOW I'M HAVING A PROBLEM TURNING IN MY PLATE DMV SAID HE NEVER COMPLETED THE FIRST CAR PAPERWORK SO NOW I HAVE TO PUT A COMPLAINT IN AND DMV SAID HE'S A THIEF, LIER AND NEVER TO TRUST THIS COMPANY BECAUSE HE HAS NO NAME IN THE DMV SYSTEM WHICH HAPPENS WHEN THEY SELL LEMONS.
