They “lost” a bunch of my stuff. Said my things must have gotten mixed up with the things of other customers. Supervisor Chad Harvey will not return my calls. Very unprofessional.
We have moved multiple times over the years and I must say our move with Reads was the worst we have ever experienced. We had more damage in this move than all our previous moves combined. Our furniture went into storage and it was obvious they used various pieces of furniture to stand on rather than using a ladder. The repair company they sent to fix things was also terrible and they finally quit returning phone calls or showing up. I would never use this company again.
