Wonderful place to work with. We were going to surprise elope and order my husband's ring though Reads, not only did they modify the ring design quickly but when we realized we mistakenly ordered the wrong size ring, they offered to resize immediately. The store was fantastic with communication and were very helpful with dealing with mistakes on our end that were no fault/obligation of theirs to fix.

We had a wonderful experience getting an engagement ring and wedding bands here. The engagement and wedding band were both custom made and looked flawless. My wedding band was perfect as they had exactly what I was looking for. Christi's customer service was just as flawless as the rings that were delivered. She went above and beyond what was expected to make the whole process painless and was always a pleasure to talk to. Don't look elsewhere and waste your time. Come here first and you will not be disappointed.

I was browsing for a Christmas gift a couple weeks ago for jewelry and I can across Reeds site. I thought after seeing such good Reviews from customers I would have the same or similar experience. I placed an order 12/13 signed up for 2 - day shipping. My expected delivery date was 12-15. However, the day of the 15th. I received no confirmation or proof of shipping.
