Great service and excellent work!
Took my wedding ring in for a repair, it was done to perfection and on time. The ring was already perfect but this took it next level. Tasha was wonderful to work with and so very patient while explaining everything to me. Completely trust Reads and moving forward they have all my business.
BEYOND SATISFIED!!! Delisa and Jackie have gone so far beyond simply offering good customer service, they have quite literally helped to restore part of our faith in humanity. They've earned us as life long customers.
My fiance and I randomly stopped in to Reads Jewelers on a Saturday when we had free time to look at wedding bands. Immediately, Clayton was helping us pick out wedding bands and figure out what was right for us. Clayton was super knowledgeable, and realized pretty quickly that my fiance would prefer a brushed matte band over a shiny one. It was so great to have someone help him find what he liked! From start to finish the process was so smooth and very communicative. The customer service was truly top tier. Reads Jewelers i... read more
