My contractor provided furnace, supplied and installed by Read’s heating in our legal basement. Last week, we noticed some unusual sound and contacted them. The issue was addressed and resolved promptly and yesterday, they sent a technician with new part and replaced without any hassle. They are very professional and service oriented. The manager, Gurdit contacted me and coordinated until it fixed. Mitch helped us with replacement of the part. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to entire team of Read’s heating!
Definitely deserves 5 stars, they did really good on my new build, everything was done as per schedule and with no compromise in quality. I highly recommend Read’s Heating.
Not a professional company. Very poor services. Call so many times. No Show up. They Installed AC last summer. AC machine giving problems within year. Called the office and submit complaint. They don't care. Always says , we are busy. I will never recommend this c unprofessional company. Think ten times before dealing or getting there services.
