We had a fantastic experience with Read's Heating in our new home. They installed our furnace, designed the duct layout, and crafted a bulkhead, all functioning perfectly. A team member guided us step-by-step, making the process smooth and easy to understand. When a small issue arose, they came right away and resolved it. I couldn’t recommend them more
I wish I could give this company zero stars. They recently came to fix my furnace during a harsh winter, which was shutting off frequently. Their explanation for the issue was absurd—they claimed that a planter pot was blocking the exhaust pipe. This explanation seemed far-fetched to me and my family and other techs. After they attempted to attach something to the pipe that had no effect, I asked them to return. Mitch came to look at my vents and assess why water was dripping. He was friendly, explained what he was doing and showed videos of the issue/solved. I especially appreciated that he took the time to leave my venting system better even though my lack of knowledge could have made it easy for him to walk away with little work involved. Thank you for being honest and transparent in your work Mitch 👏
AMAZING company...-30 weather after hours still found the time to walk me thru trouble shooting my furnace. Got it fixed in 5 mins. Clutch communication MUCH APPRECIATED.
