If I could give Cameron and this company more than five stars I would. We had an intermittent problem with our furnace. Our first call is always Read's. Cameron diagnosed my problem on the phone and advised me how to fix it myself in less than three minutes and at no charge. You sure don't find service like that everyday. Thank you so much, Cameron!!
Our furnace was short cycling and wouldn't always start. Called Reads first thing in the morning and Jesse came out within a couple hours and had it going again in maybe 10 mins. He was pretty confident of the issue over the phone and was correct. Very friendly and helpful. Offered advice to hopefully avoid the issue again. The Bill was more than acceptable. Will recommend and will use them again. Thanks Jesse.
