Not very professional management. A few years ago, I contacted this Reading truck dealer for a utility bed quote. They wouldn't give me a quote for the bed even though they sell them. What was it the manager tells me instead of the quote, a phone number? I ask what is the number for? The manager says it's his friend at Waldorf Ford, and I ask why do I need to call him?
