Overall we enjoyed checking this out for the first time. The one area for opportunity would be more communication. The gentleman who greeted us near the entrance and told us where to park was great. Other than that, no one explained what time the rideable trains run until and that the ticket does includes riding all of them. Was a wonderful array of models and amazing group of volunteers, do want to go back again sometime! Keep it up guys!
We visited during one of their Saturday run sessions. While we were there, they had 3 trains running for people to ride on. It was also interesting to see their scale layouts in the main building. This was my second visit, as I had been there many, many years ago with my late grandfather.
First I have heard of this place. Great idea!! Il have to visit with the grandkids and spread the word. .
