Yesterday, The on/off valve in our gas fireplace would not turn. We called Surbuban Fireplace, to replace the part. This morning,Travis came out on time, and was very respectful and replaced the part. With temperatures dropping, we are so pleased to have had excellent service, done quickly, professionally and answered my wife's 100 questions. (Poor Travis) Thank you again, Travis and Surburban Fireplace in Pickerington. Check out their facebook page or give them a call for you fireplace or mantle needs.

Have left a review already, terrible service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, once they get your money, the customer service stops.
Our new home has a gas fireplace and never having one before we definitely wanted it looked over and have some questions answered on care/use. The guys from Suburban Fireplace were great! They walked me through the start up and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. Knowledgeable and super nice people. Thanks!
The Thomas are the most helpful and professional people in the fireplace business. Got a problem or need a new stove or fireplace give them a call. Did a great job for us and my wife is Very Particular.
