TERRIBLE service. Had my son’s medical records sent a month ago. Have called and left voicemails and no one calls back.
I brought up many concerns regarding my daughters development at every single appointment and was dismissed each time. They missed major tongue and lip ties, apraxia of speech/speech delay, and blamed her inability to sleep on me instead of finding the root cause (sensory processing disorder). I asked about autism multiple times and was brushed off and told my daughter was just weird and quirky, but she is in the process of being diagnosed by a developmental pediatrician.
