I’m in awful pain in my neck. They sent me to PT. It got worse. PT discharged me and said I needed a stat MRI. I text the Dr because two days later they had sent nothing to my insurance company. So I called them. They said they were waiting on PT notes and discharge. I called PT they said they sent everything the day they discharged me. Today I call 4 days later my insurance company also They said they requested PT notes, at home exercise etc. so I sent a note to them again. Crickets.
