Therapist saw me wearing a mask and asked if she should wear one. I said no, so she asked if i was sick. I assured her I wasn't sick. Then she asked why I was wearing a mask! There's a sign on the door saying masks are encouraged. This is straight up antimask discrimination and it's ridiculous. Keep your political crap at the door please. I'm wearing the mask because it's encouraged! This is the 3rd time I've dealt with this through Tower Health facilities. Enough!
The actual people are nice. Enjoyed my visit. But be prepared for a $700 bill for a single initial visit. And good luck with the Tower Is Health billing system and actually talking to anyone.
