I dropped off a sample and 7 days later there were no results and no one knew what happened to the sample. So today I dropped off another sample. I asked the woman if she could check to make sure they had an order from doctor so this wouldn't happen again.Her response was "If I don't come back out that means we have the order" Really? .... How long am I supposed to stand there waiting? Apparently it's too much trouble to walk back out to tell me. Unbelievable

The front desk check in staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional and don’t take action.When you get called back it’s fast and easy but every staff there needs to be re trained on a passing out and fainting episode and situations instead of leaving the curtain opened. Other then that it’s fast and easy

Very efficient lab. Phlebotomists are very nice and helpful, even if you have tiny veins, they are very patient. It can be very busy at times, especially in the mornings, but I’m usually in and out within 10 minutes. I’m also glad walk-ins are now available despite appointments getting first priority. Highly recommend this lab.

Maria working in the lab is wonderful. She helped with an issue of getting a wrong specimen container (twice) and went out of her way to fix the error by another office. Thank you Maria!!
