Always quick in and out and there is a kind employee who runs it all there! She is great!
I arrived & waited approximately 10 minutes & before another patient walks in...staff comes to the front to retrieve the patient that just walked in. The gentleman motioned for me to go, but the lab staff stated that since he had an appointment he was going 1st. I understand the appointment protocol, but I was in the waiting room 10+ minutes before he showed up & my 1 vial could've been obtained in said time.
