Had an appointment and was taken back as quick as I could sit in a chair. Employee drew blood on the first stick and didn’t even feel a pinch.

I was nervous because of the reviews, but I’m glad I went. I had a great experience. There was one woman working the whole office and she was great! Very friendly and I was in and out within 10-15 minutes ( I did have an appointment). I will definitely be going back! So glad I didn’t let the reviews sway me from going to this office.
Absolutely awful, "Debbie" was miserable and needs proper employee training, the place is disgusting, dirty, and extremely unprofessional. I attempted to talk this thru with a Tower health Reading Hospital patient advocate but kept getting the transfer run around so here we have it....healthcare? Not at all.... what a mess we have in many areas of 2023. Tower health services and Reading outpatient Elverson Lab location needs a check up!
