I love this lab. Michelle and Stacy are so nice and always make me feel comfortable. Kenhorst is further away from my home than other labs, but I always come here. For my 1 hour glucose test I got my own room and Michelle gave me a blanket and pillow to make me comfortable during the wait.
Stacy ("Bella") has been my 'go to' person anytime I need my blood drawn. She is kind, caring, gentle and just a great soul. I always go back to her because she is accommodating and makes sure I am ok after my blood work. l will not go anywhere else. I have made an appointment and have walked in. Be conscientious of those who HAVE made an appointment when you 'walk-in'. They do their best to meet EVERYONES' needs.
I have had a horrible time getting my blood taken before this. But today. Today was different. Michelle was able to take my blood while we were talking without me even knowing. Her experience and knowledge made my experience quick and painless. I will not go anywhere else if I can help it.
Just like others have stated the staff here are disgustingly rude.
Stacey was great, welcoming and treated us with respect. She deserves a raise.
