I am not sure what the older woman’s name is in the lab but my gosh is she rude. I’m not sure if that’s her personality or what but she is just plain ignorant. I had to take my son for lab work and she was *very* short when speaking at us, didn’t give directions just basically snapped commands at what to do. Well, lab work was done so I thought, who knows, maybe she’s just having a bad day. So, we tried again. Went back and got the same nasty lady this time just to pick up specimen cups.
