Fast and professional service. The lab tech was friendly and experienced. Easy to locate office.
Have used this lab for years, my husband was there a week ago first thing and the tech. was rude, unprofessional and down right nasty! Where do they get these people? We are 1’s who print our lab requests “Just in case” as there are computer failures. She all but threw them in his face abruptly stating “WE DON’T NEED THESE”. Ok, but kindly say thanks and compare or be polite. Attitude Adjustment 101 desperately needed! I normally would give 4+ stars but she killed that thought with her rude demeanor. I always go to Bernville Labs for my blood work, I only want Tammy to do my blood draw, she is great hits the vein, first time , no pain , I can be a hard stick. She’s is friendly, outgoing, just an all around great person.
I drove my granddaughter here.... I did not use these services.... Google is wrong again
