The medical care staff were .... caring, friends and helpful. Love the warm blankets! The food was perfect... Not always warm....but I understand... Honestly, I appreciate the professionals(doctors) taking the time to finally explain what was going on..... Finally got some answers after years of asking.... THANK YOU!!!
My appointment with the endocrinologist went well. The staff, however, made an error and did not send all the documentation needed for me to get my diabetic shoes and told me I called and My Chart messaged too many times concerning this. That would not have happened if they would have faxed all the necessary documentation needed to get the approval for the shoes the first time they faxed the information. My PCP sent over a referral to see Reading Hospital E&DC - before I could even get on to see them, I was informed that my referral was denied. To say that I was shocked was an understatement. How can you deny a referral if another medical professional is saying it is needed? I’m a state of belief, I called to get further clarification as to why I was not able to be seen.
