I waited 3 weeks for an appointment only to be told they forgot to send me the packet. Now I have to wait for the packet and then once returned then They will give me another appointment. I asked to speak to Paul Bub and was lied to and told Paula Bub was not there. How can she not be here when My appointment is with her and I am here at my schedule time .They just lied about it because Paula Bub was the one that told them to reschedule my daughter.
