I am the caretaker of an elderly man (89). Today, 2/10, office was upset that we were 15 minutes late and had to see if Dr. would see him or we would need to reschedule. Many times I have sat for appointments for 1/2 hour or more, no reason given for Dr.'s delay. If this visit was for me, I would never come back here again. It is obvious looking at this man that he can hardly manage walking with a cane any more and is not really competent to make his own decisions. I was put on an event monitor that was defective. When I called Preventice (the company they use), I was unable to confirm my information because they put THEIR address and phone number as mine instead of bothering to ask me. Then when a new monitor is sent in, it’s delivered to THEIR office instead of MY home and it sits there for 2 days without a single attempt to contact me. I was supposed to be on a monitor for 7days.
