The wait is horrible , you literally are never going to be seen. They do not care about your kids. Calling ahead does absolutely nothing, the people that answer the phone are useless. Worst ER ever
When I arrived, security was nice, triage was nice and despite the fact that it was full today my waiting time to go back was not bad. But once in the back the nurse that came to give me my meds and shot was just ugh, and she didn't swab the spot for the shot before or after and put nothing to cover the wound hold after either! Been here for hours in pain with symptoms increasing. They don’t care and staff is rude when you bother them that you are getting worse. Got eye rolls, not the right career for them. They think everyone is a junkie wanting meds so they don’t take the real cases seriously.
Don’t go here if you actually need medical attention, you are looking at 8+ hours to wait & a rude receptionist who has red hair that doesn’t want to talk to you. She honestly should be fired for how rude she is or put her in a place where she doesn’t have to deal with people. This “hospital ER” should be investigated on process and care of patients. No I am not calling your number from your canned response. One star stands as that is what this “hospital ER” is.
