The receptionist's phone manner is atrocious. (Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care – Reading Internal Medicine Associates) When I inquired about scheduling a doctor's appointment for having been coughing and dealing with phlegm for weeks, she informed me that Monday is closed. So I requested Tuesday, whether for a walk-in or an appointment, her response was a blunt "OMG" followed by a terse reminder about Monday being closed. I asked for Tuesday, she seemed deaf.

Clean and nice lobby. Same receptionist almost always, but no sense of urgency at all - very nice and pleasant though. Wait time for registration/intake is ridiculous even with only one person in the room. Full blown conversations at the front desk take place before you can be processed. It is a bottleneck, but once you pass the intake the lab techs are quick and service is fine. Just the bottleneck at the front end is painful. Just make sure you put aside an extra 20-30 minutes if you have to go to work afterwards.
