Their collison center is overpriced AND considering their price was double of their competitors its sad that they even messed up the repair! I had to go back twice to get the problem fixed and now it's still making a noise sometimes while driving. Horrible!
I purchased a brand new vehicle from reading honda and there was damage to the car due to a hail storm which affected the entire lot of cars. So honda signed a form, promising to fix the car and return it to its original state. There was damage to the roof, side doors and the hood. Had the car a week before dropping it off.
