Kelly and her team are wonderful!! This shop saved my dress shopping experience! I had a few appointments that day (all at off the rack shops because I was on a budget) and the shop I went to before RBO was awful. The consultant was incredibly pushy AND rude to my mother (who traveled 5 hours to go dress shopping with me). As an “older” bride on the hunt for my Wedding dress, I came into the store incredibly discouraged, and had already decided in my head that I wasn’t going to find anything that would make me feel comfortable or beautiful. I allowed myself to be guided by “Bailey,” and she delivered. While I did not find my dress here, Kendra was amazing!! She had a wonderful personality and seemed genuinely interested in what I was looking for/me/my wedding vision. Kendra even recommended another store that may have a dress/style I’m looking for (and was spot on because I found my dress at this recommend store!!). The store was neat and had a variety of dresses at great price points. They also accepted me as a walk-in which was a nice plus since many other stores require/recommend appointments.
