My experience has been amazing & continues to be. My psychologist goes above & beyond to help me with my challenging problem & continues to do so. I wouldn't go anywhere else or see anyone else because of the excellent treatment I am receiving.
Be careful everyone , even if they have your phone number they won’t send you a reminder the day before and then charge you the full consultation fee when you are called 15 minutes after your session should have started . They will then proceed to tell you they did send you a message even though you provided proof. Oh and then they remove your child as a client when you contest this . Thanks guys
Leanne is a wonderful balance of knowledgeable, fun, and professional. She creates a safe, comfortable environment where I've never felt awkward or judged. As a neurodivergent person, I appreciate her ability to communicate on my level and word things in ways that work for me. And as a visual learner, I like how she'll draw graphs to help me understand something. Additionally, I've found the admin team behind the desk at Erina Read Clinic to be helpful and prompt.
Rang to book an appointment after a referral from my doctor. Everything seemed ok until the receptionist mentioned the cost and I advised them it was covered by Veterans Affairs (DVA). I was then told they no longer take DVA referrals. Clearance no support for our veterans here.
The READ clinic has been amazing in dealing with my son’s Anxiety and helping me as a parent know how best to manage this with for him. My son loves to see Dr Tom. Highly recommend.
