Super impressed with Read Automotive. Had an issue that I'm certain anyone else would've wash their hands of However these guy WOULDN'T give up till it was resolved. Over and above service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I was ripped off by this garage and gouged for parts. I am not at all satisfied with the level of professionalism that I got from this business. Way overpriced parts and high labour prices for something that they knew what the issue was. I was charged a "Diagnostic" surcharge when I already knew what the issue was, which was far more than the actual labour to fix the actual issue. I definitely do not recommend this shop
I wouldn't recommend this shop. I went in with a noise on the driver side and was told it was my entire front suspension. I was quoted $4500 in total for struts, wheel bearings etc. They "fixed" the noise telling me it was my front and back sway bar links. They wanted me to come back and fix the struts, wheel bearings and the assortment of other made up problems in Spring. I was told everything can wait but my Struts should be done first when I came back in Spring. I recently had the struts replaced elsewhere because they go... read more
