I recently used their service for an annual boiler maintenance. During the visit, the technician noted that a software update was required but suggested deferring it because it was a Friday afternoon. At no point was I informed that completing this update would fall outside the scope of the maintenance service or that it would trigger a separate minimum one‑hour charge. When our water heater broke recently, I called around a few local companies and was quoted over 30% more than what Reactive Heating quoted. Phil and company were quick and professional to get the on-demand water heater installed, it was such a relief after being given the run around by other contractors. In addition, the installers are recognized by the manufacturer Rinnae so we got an extended warranty which no other company was offering.
Phil from reactive plumbing installed a new bathroom sink for us. He was polite, professional and reasonably priced. 100% recommend this company.

We were so impressed with the team at Reactive Plumbing--they came to the rescue for an incredibly high-tech job that two other companies were unable to solve.
