Nurses are great but admin staff have zero empathy and dodge accountability and provide misleading information. Double check everything before signing anything.

There’s a blonde female security guard who is rude, lacks compassion and is very dismissive when talking to people. I asked her for directions and it seemed as though I was bothering her. There’s already a couple reviews about her I don’t understand how she is still working there. I will be contacting regal security about this woman for sure. And it sure doesn’t help that she smells very very bad!!!!

bad experience with security guard Sarah, issue being the parking for out -patients With a Pass . she was stating that i must pay, but offered no empathy or assistance whatsoever. the spots that are covered by the pass were full now for a 3 rd time, 5 dollars each time adds up. security Should be monitoring who exactly is in those designated spots, I guarantee that not all cars should be there (non-pass holders trying to save $$$) also i was told that the paid parking gate can be opened by security if the case happens again,... read more

My mother was at the Reaction Care Centre on Church St. 3rd floor (Trillium Health Centre). She was discharged from Credit Valley and waiting for Long Term Care. We were very pleased with the care that my mother received from the nursing staff and especially from the Charge Nurses (Ruby and Reena). The nurse practitioner, Mei was excellent as was the Social Worker, Amy. Staff was good at following suggestions to provide care for my mother to make things easier for them and for my mom. I'd like to give this place four stars, but my parent hasn't been there that long. It does have a bit of a weird vibe, kinda reminds me of the Shining. The patients roam the halls a bit, as they're probably bored out of their minds. They have a TV and a phone for each patient, which is more than they had in the hospital. The staff have been pleasant and helpful. They did ask me to bring toothpaste, a toothbrush, deodorant, mouthwash and soap for my parent.
