All the nurses are amazing most of the paws are great. Lucky Antonella Evelyn Alena lovely . There was one who was absolutely awful. The place itself does not help with rehab.
RCC’s hospital interior is kept clean, landscape is well maintained; however sidewalk and stone is a little on the bumpy side. Especially, for chair or walker users. Security, are friendly and efficient. After a two week stay, my overall experience has been quite pleasant.
I was hoping I could give this no stars. If you are on the second floor, you probably weren’t given a choice but if you can avoid getting here please do. I have never seen such incredibly incompetent and lazy nurses, especially Arit and Rosalie. Christine and Tiffany were amazing. It’s like you don’t even exist. No one comes to check on patients and call buttons are worthless.
My 84-year-old mother was transferred here from St. Joseph’s Hospital after being diagnosed with pelvic bone tuberculosis. She was sent here while still very ill. She has severe ongoing nausea, cannot eat properly, and her blood work and vital signs have been unstable. I stayed with my mother day and night and helped care for her myself, so I did not have major issues with the general staff. However, my rating mainly reflects my experience with Dr. Liao.
