My 84-year-old mother was transferred here from St. Joseph’s Hospital after being diagnosed with pelvic bone tuberculosis. She was sent here while still very ill. She has severe ongoing nausea, cannot eat properly, and her blood work and vital signs have been unstable. I stayed with my mother day and night and helped care for her myself, so I did not have major issues with the general staff. However, my rating mainly reflects my experience with Dr. Liao. I cannot judge her medical skills, but I can speak about the lack of co... read more

There are no words for this so-called “hoteling hospital,” because that’s all it is — a place where patients are housed, not cared for. Call buttons go unanswered while nurses are on their cellphones, and patients are routinely ignored. The floors are dirty, basic cleanliness is lacking, and the food is something I wouldn’t serve to anyone, let alone sick or vulnerable people. This is not healthcare — it’s warehousing. Families come here expecting care, dignity, and attention, and instead they witness neglect and indifferenc... read more

When I a child this was called the hospital you were sent to to die. At 53 years old, operating as a hybrid clinic/whatever it is, it is still total garbage. Everyone in the wound clinic I saw attending recently as a patient was horrible except one nurse. The rest were just plain mean. My wound is not healed yet but healing. Still a week ago the nurse just arbitrarily in the moment said ah it looks good enough you aren’t t anymore, so I am going to discharge you. And even though I said I need, as a type 2 diabetic, care to m... read more

My grandmother was transferred here about 2 months ago. Horrible horrible place. They have not changed her underwear, clothing nor have they showered her. This place is absolutely horrible and the staff are lazy. No help and they just wander the halls or stay in the office part. If I could I would rate this place a zero. The government should investigate this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Unit 1C

I would not send my worst enemy to this place. My 98 year old mother was unfortunate enough to be here (4th floor), where nursing staff mocked her, labelled her a "pain", did not answer her call bell when she needed help. She is old and helpless. There was no empathy, respect or dignity in her "care". It appears that the nurses are poorly educated, over-worked and underpaid. I'm sorry, but I only speak the truth.
