Terrible! Poor customer service. Stylists do not take direction well. Constantly changing prices without warning. No greeting upon entry. Will not be returning - EVER!!
Was the first customer on a Tuesday morning, walked in and asked for a wash and set with curls - was told they didn't have the curler to do what I asked for which I thought was just weird but I moved on. Never used heat protectant when I did the rollers or when they blow dried after. For the blow dry, she never used any barrel brushes, only a denman brush which I thought was crazy.
