I have nothing but good things to say about Reactic Restoration, Oakland office. Everyone from the project manager, Liel, Office Mgr. Kimberly & Alex the intake person were all very professional in working with me. The technicians worked hard to clean up & disinfect our sewage issue. They even went back & resprayed the disinfectant. I highly recommend this company.

Terrible customer service, trying to be professional and conduct business but they hang up the phone, asking to be taken off a list and saying you need to have a previous relationship to be connected to the person in charge, how am I gonna have a relationship when they hang up the phone and don’t connect you with the people in charge?

Liel and his crew from Reactic did a great job fixing some water damaged drywall at my house. They were very easy to work with, flexible with respect to schedule, and always available to call, even on the weekend What’s more, they did a great job containing the affected area while not taking too much space from the affected room with the containment zone they used. I would highly recommend Reactic to anyone with water damage in their home.

We have used Reactic Restoration for several large and small projects over the past two years, and I can't express enough how pleased we were with their service! Reactic took care of every aspect of the damage, from the emergency response, where their team quickly mitigated water damage, to estimating the scope of work, coordinating with the insurance adjuster, and developing a coverage plan for the loss. We have worked with Idan and Reactic on 2 occasions, both emergencies. Both times they have shown up in the time needed/expected, ready to help. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are! One time was a flood that affected 60+ units that had to bemoved, dried out and moved back in. Idan was there to make sure his people were doing it the way we wanted and the way he expected his company to respond.
