They re-did my bathroom that had extreme mold. If I were a homeowner in Oakland dealing with a flood or mold, I’d feel very reassured calling Reactic! They show up quickly, and they guide you through what can be a complicated and tiresome process. I learned a lot but very much appreciative of the work.

We had some water intrusion in our condo from the unit above us. I called Reactive Restorationon a Friday afternoon and Daniel arrived within an hour. He was extremely courteous in our home, explained the situation well, and walked me through the various options we could explore. We didn’t use Reactive Restoration because my neighbor ultimately took responsibility but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any future needs!
