We had some water intrusion in our condo from the unit above us. I called Reactive Restorationon a Friday afternoon and Daniel arrived within an hour. He was extremely courteous in our home, explained the situation well, and walked me through the various options we could explore. We didn’t use Reactive Restoration because my neighbor ultimately took responsibility but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any future needs!

I have nothing but good things to say about Reactic Restoration, Oakland office. Everyone from the project manager, Liel, Office Mgr. Kimberly & Alex the intake person were all very professional in working with me. The technicians worked hard to clean up & disinfect our sewage issue. They even went back & resprayed the disinfectant. I highly recommend this company.

Terrible customer service, trying to be professional and conduct business but they hang up the phone, asking to be taken off a list and saying you need to have a previous relationship to be connected to the person in charge, how am I gonna have a relationship when they hang up the phone and don’t connect you with the people in charge?

Liel and his crew from Reactic did a great job fixing some water damaged drywall at my house. They were very easy to work with, flexible with respect to schedule, and always available to call, even on the weekend What’s more, they did a great job containing the affected area while not taking too much space from the affected room with the containment zone they used. I would highly recommend Reactic to anyone with water damage in their home.
