I had a slab leaks, called Reactic Restoration on Friday afternoon and Daniel they show up right and after a brief inspection he called his crew to start cutting walls and found the broken pipe. and Daniel help me to call our insurance company and the HOA and follow up with them until I got reimburse for the damages. Thank you Daniel for making my miserable day a bright one.

Reactic was fast to respond, provide their best professional expertise to our situation with quality work. We felt confident from our fist to last communication on our project and that goes for the project manager, the office staff and workers. We were being over quoted by 2-3X for our project from other competitors and as a property manager I could not have been more satisfied with their response time and performance. Reactic Restoration did a fantastic job on our smoke damaged apartments. They were very thorough and restored the apartments to as good as before the. damage. They worked in tight crawl spaces too. We now have the units rented and there has been no complaints of any residual smoke odor . I give them a 5 star rating. We were very happy with the job they did.
