Professional instruction, clean facility.
As a passive person who smiles constantly, I struggled to find effective self defense preparation. I have seen myself grow in confidence over the last three months. The other members and instructors (Will is the owner and lead instructor) are so supportive. I always have great personal attention to effectively train. I also love how they offer “fight conditioning” classes for free which are like group HIT classes targeted at helping with stability and flexibility for fighting.
