Professional instruction, clean facility.
As a passive person who smiles constantly, I struggled to find effective self defense preparation. I have seen myself grow in confidence over the last three months. The other members and instructors (Will is the owner and lead instructor) are so supportive. I always have great personal attention to effectively train. I also love how they offer “fight conditioning” classes for free which are like group HIT classes targeted at helping with stability and flexibility for fighting. I’ve been training here for over a year now and absolutely love the environment and the people. Amazing instructors and everyone is so welcoming. Highly recommend checking them out.
