It's the best thing I ever did. I've been going for MANY years and I am now in much better shape - physically and mentally. Another really important thing is that the instructors AND fellow students are some of the best people I know. You feel safe, empowered and successful as you work through the process. In my opinion, Krav is a more serious self-defense system than anything else you could do.
Been training here since 2013. Phenomenal teaching , instructors are efficient and in tune with what we need.
