To allow the participants to do to their best abilities and not to baby them or hinder them from being the best that they can be. My most greatest accomplishment and reward is working for RMI and being a part our participants REACHING THEIR MAXIMUM INDEPENDENCE...YES,WE ROCK!!!

The outings, friendliness and kindness here is wonderful. The clients get many opportunities for growth and fun. The staff are understanding and supportive of each client's situation.
