My daughter was seeing a therapist at reach Clinic. We had dealt with therapist before at this clinic in the past and they were absolutely wonderful they just left and went different places. One of many reasons that I took my daughter out of therapy because the therapist made me the parent very uncomfortable and I feel like I was definitely handled differently because of me being a man. Very rude and unprofessional
I worked here for almost 2 years. After being asked to falsely bill, document inaccurately, and see clients outside of my scope of practice, I put in my notice. Since then, the owner Roger Pumphrey has attacked my character professionally and personally. He is not a good man but claims to be a man of God. Please don’t do your practicum or internship here. He is vile and inappropriate.
We got out of the car and saw a man call us over to the door. We said hello and all he said to us was we parked in the wrong place and asked us about our vaccination status. Super weird and creepy. The woman we saw was nice though....however the man was very rude to her too. This place seems super sketchy, we were referred here by our insurance. Unprofessional isn’t even the word I don’t believe the counselors are certified and they are never on time nor did they help with my problem. If anyone you love gets sent here find somewhere else ASAP
